First, we’ll start with a phone call to get to know each other, and you’ll tell me everything you want out of your vacation. We’ll go over your budget, number of travelers, travel dates, and any special requests you have.

I do charge a concierge fee, which varies by trip.

If you decide to move forward and hire me, I’ll send you a link to pay the planning fee and agree to my Terms & Conditions.

The turnaround time will vary depending on the trip and the suppliers involved.

Once you’re happy with your itinerary and ready to book, I’ll send you an invoice, credit card authorization form, and the supplier’s Terms & Conditions. I’ll handle all the bookings for you and provide receipts for any processed payments.

If you’re on a payment plan, I’ll communicate all payment due dates and stay in touch to process each one on time.

She’s the founder of Roam Around the World Travel and Roam Italy Travel Co., where she helps travelers plan stress-free, high-quality vacations without the guesswork, overwhelm, or hours of research.

Sarah is known for her “Signature Concierge Care” – a high-touch planning experience built for travelers who want expert guidance, clear answers, and a trip that feels personal, not cookie-cutter. She focuses on travelers who value service, expertise, and peace of mind over chasing the cheapest deal.

Italy: custom itineraries, hidden gems, boutique hotels, and first-time or repeat Italy trips
Europe: multi-city journeys, immersive cultural experiences, and seamless logistics

Sarah became a travel advisor because travel changed her life – especially her safari in Tanzania and her time spent exploring Italy.
